Telegram Bot Binding Tutorial
Step-by-step guide to bind your Telegram account and start receiving real-time price alerts.
Open the Notifications page
Go to Alerts → Notification Channels and find the Telegram card.
Click "Open & Bind"
Click the "Open & Bind" button. This opens the Alertly bot in Telegram with a pre-filled binding link. If Telegram doesn't open automatically, copy the bot link and open it manually.
Send the start message in Telegram
In the Telegram chat with the bot, tap "Start" or send the pre-filled message to complete the binding. You should receive a confirmation reply from the bot.
Return to the web app and verify
Switch back to the web app. The Telegram card should now show your account as bound. If it still shows unbound, refresh the page.
Enable the channel and test
Toggle Telegram notifications on and click "Send Test". You should receive a test message in your Telegram. If not, ensure you've started a conversation with the bot first.
